I did a search of past threads and Best Stop, Billy's, Poche's, Johnson's Boucaniere, and Hebert's are all mentioned. Are any of these better than the o...
Busters place and no food and spirits. Decent beer selection?
They are pretty comparable - local and macro brews, mostly in bottles. Chimes is by far your best bet for beer selection. If you haven't done so yet, definitely walk over to Acquistapace's to stock up on beer and win...

re: Covington in search of dinner

Sadly, not much is open for dinner on Mondays in downtown Covington. The only places within walking distance that are open on Monday are New Orleans Seafood & Spirits (Louisiana fare), Coffee Rani (salads and sandwiches), Buster's Place (oysters/fried seafood), and Yujin (sushi). ...

I usually like their meat and game dishes better than their fish dishes. That being said, the house-smoked salmon appetizer is one of my favorites if they have it. ...
Ugh...that interview makes me like him even less. I mean:
New Orleans has been so supportive, so happy to see my face on TV or see me in public, because they can now touch a celebrity chef, you know, and say hello.
Seriously? I wish they would have focused more on t...
