where the dude's cajun accent was so thick and hard even my family (who is from WAYYY down south there half of my parent's generation at least is still fluent in cajun french), can't work it out.

If you were to watch the entire season, then you would know that there was a good reason for his bad cajun accent.

I made some tonight for the first time. Loved them!
went 2-2 in their final 4 games. I know that this is basically a meaningless stat, but it does show that you don't need momentum going into the playoffs to reach the super Bowl.

that makes a crappy day be alright.

Add a shot of peppermint schnapps to your hot chocolate for a delicious and refreshing nighttime beverage.

best raw and fried in Metairie

I love getting the fried catfish with a half dozen raw oysters.
I have some double cut pork chops that I am grilling tonight, and I need a good sauce to go over them. Any ideas?

Face value of tickets

What is the face value of tickets in the south endzone?

It won't work unless the OL learns to block.

We beat them by 17 in 2004, and that team was the worst LSU team of the decade until last year.

A 9-3 team that lost in the Cap One Bowl was worse than an 8-5 team that lost in the Cotton Bowl?

The mortgage companies don't make it widely known that you can get your pmi removed after 2 years.

Can you explain how to do this? I just hit the 2 year mark last month.

Restaurant supply store. The equipment there is much better than anything that you will get out of a set. The equipment is more durable and cheaper.

How can I lower my PMI payment?

Posted by DollarBill on 8/27/09 at 4:13 pm
I purchased my home two years ago. At the time I had some high credit card balances that were hurting my credit score. I had no problem getting a loan and a decent rate, but the monthly PMI payment quoted was extremely high (circumstances at the time forced me to buy the house and have to bite the bullet with the high PMI payment). I was told that my payment was high because of my credit score. Well, my credit cards have been paid down and my credit score, in turn, has increased almost 80 points to 718. Also, I have made all of my mortgage payments on time. How can I go about getting my PMI payment reduced?

Savannah

There were a few places that I really enjoy there.

Vinnie Van Go-Go's
This a hole-in -the-wall pizza joint with awesome pizza and good local beer on tap. The place is very small and only takes cash, but it is definitely worth a trip.

Lady and Son's
This is Paula Deen's restaurant and is pretty good. I wouldn't go there for dinner, but I thought that it was great for lunch. Everything that I had there was good ole' southern comfort food. The biggest problem is that her fat face is all over the restaurant.

Boar's Head
Good steaks and great view of the river.

The Pink House
This is a bit more upscale than the others. I thought the food was good, but I ended up get really drunk that night and don't remember to much about the place other than I enjoyed the meal.

One thing that I loved about Savannah is that it is a big drinking town. There are many english, scottish, and irish pubs all around the city.

It's been $7 for the last two seasons. I am really hoping that it doesn't go up to $8. I might start bringing a flask if it does.

Me too. I would say that I have about 2 or 3 more weeks until the plants die off. I still have a good bit of okra coming off of the bush, and have corn ready to harvest next week.

Fry it like a turkey. Comes out great.
LaFell should be first team. He averaged more receptions per game than both Jones and Green, and he averaged more yards per game than Jones. Also, throw in that fact that neither Green nor Jones have a QB to throw to them this year. I really think that LaFell will end up having an All-SEC year.
