Don’t think i’m ready to jump to conclusions though. Need to see what happened beforehand, the white guys criminal record, etc. Also think I see what could be a gun in his back pocket.

Damn that's sickening.
EASILY could've killed that man, for NO REASON other than being white and walking down the street at the wrong time. Some little punk bitch wanted to be "edgy" and show his buddies he was awesome by sucker-bricking a random white dude for their entertainment and cool points, and he should be charged with attempted murder.
The white guy's head slams into the ground after the brick, easily could've died or suffered permanent injuries. Even something as "simple" as a concussion changes you for life.
In short, frick that guy and I hope he's caught and punished severely.

I get the cute analogy you're trying to make, however there are 1 or 2 or 30 major differences between the situations you are referring to.
That is a sarcastic comparison that only a intellectually challenged individual would present, or perhaps just one with blinders on.
