Why isn't the Lafayette protest getting the national attention Kenosha protest are getting? Wouldn't the local pro sports team put Trayford's name on their helmets instead of Blake's?

Because Lafayette isn't burning down, even though CNN told me that's not a big deal.

It would be receiving more attention if Kenosha had not occurred.

Sounds like police need to get more powerful tasers.

I’ve been out of commission for several days. They’re still “protesting” here in lafayette?

There's been a few marches, but nothing crazy or violent. There was some controversy when some protesters decided to carry guns in one of the marches to Martin Hall on UL(L)'s campus, especially since it's a gun free zone.

No one is crazy enough to try all that nonsense around these parts. Everyone and their mother has at least a pistol and a shotgun down here, Antifa knows that

He wasn't unarmed so the media can't really run with that as much

That is the Houston baw that was at the BBQ in front of Josh Guillory's house Saturday. He doesn't seem too happy about Josh ignoring him

Hopefully those NFAC people don't show up here that would be a cluster F

Another reason is the initial video for the Kenosha shooting was much worse than the initial video for the lafayette one.

That allowed the actual facts to come out for the Lafayette shooting before the outrage really took hold.

Even though the facts that ended up coming out in Kenosha were pretty similar, it was too late after the initial video got everyone riled up. And no ones going to back down in America once they take a stance. Regardless of what facts come out after.

We’re Americans. We dig in

Anyone that found the Kenosha video to be grounds for protesting was looking at it through a lens of bias. shite, many are STILL trying to justify Jacob Blake's actions.

There isn't a market large enough in Lafayette to support an All Pro Violent Protest exposure.

I've noticed it too, but the NYT's did have a couple pages devoted to it over the weekend
