Maybe he should look into a penis transplant. They've successfully used the procedure on veterans that have had their genitals blown off by IEDs.
You just need a dead guy with a nice penis. I'm guessing an old penis would have a shitty base to use.

If I were in the market for a nice(r) white penis, I’d look no further than Olympic champion Bruce Jenner. I could probably even be convinced to buy it sight unseen.
