Absolutely. He had a death wish (though he is still hanging on). He had ZERO concern about his poor children in that car by doing what he did. He is a bad person and it finally caught up to him (though he invited getting shot because he wanted to show police who was boss). What do those who disagree with the police think they should have done as he reached into the car?

I haven’t seen any confirmation in the media yet, but if it’s true about the guy having a knife and making the threat about the gun it does open the door to a potential valid argument.
But yeah, unfortunately there are still too many people who already decided it was justified / not justified based on the race and occupation of those involved - both ways

Walking away? He had a warrant out for his arrest for a recent sexual assault, etc. I'm sorry, but he didn't have the choice to walk away. And he reached into his car and didn't just walk away.

You damm right. When he reached into that car he signed his death certificate. Are the cops supposed to wait until he turns around to shoot them. After all he did say he would shoot them if they tried to arrest him
