Will JBE use Hurricanes to keep La in Phase 2?

Will this be one of the reasons he keeps Louisiana in phase 2? Or will he proceed to phase 3? What say the experts?

He doesn’t need hurricanes to justify keeping us in phase 2 when people are dropping like flies in the streets.

I never thought Phase 3 would even be considered until after Labor Day. They won't want people out there thinking they can have big Labor Day parties.

I don’t know why you constantly start these threads
We are in Phase 2 in name only to have schools open
We are not moving to “full Phase 2” with bars open when colleges just started (Tigerland was the issue) & he just won a 2nd judgement against bars
Phase 3 opens nursing homes & amusement parks & concert halls
Nursing homes are not opening any time soon & most amusement / water parks close once school year starts

Folks going out raising hell and creating these “look at me moments” by not wearing masks is what’s keeping us in phase 2.

He doesn’t need the Hurricanes for that. Hell, doesn’t really matter what the frick is going on in real life.
