Wow, you must be a journalist.

This is what I wrote:
quote:

many of the people fleeing California are conservatives who will vote conservative wherever they land.

This is what you quoted me as saying:
quote:

people fleeing California are conservatives who will vote conservative wherever they land

Why be so dishonest? Is it so important to you to have an internet gotcha that you'll resort to dishonesty to do it? WTF is wrong with you?

All of my wife's family still living there are holdouts. The family's owned land in Los Angeles County for 100 years.

You won't be disappointed. The only concern we had was St George is growing very rapidly. It's the fastest growing city in America over the past 10 years. The locals are already complaining about the traffic. Of course to you it won't seem like bad traffic at all, but what will it be like years from now? That was our concern and why we ended up in a small town in Nevada instead of St George.

It sounds like Bend. I love it here but traffic is a nightmare...mostly because of all of the transplants from California.

It probably looks like that from afar, but many of the people fleeing California are conservatives who will vote conservative wherever they land.
It doesn’t really seem that way when Texas, AZ, Nevada, Colorado, Oregon and Washington are turning more blue every election.

Stretches of Hollywood Boulevard – embedded with glittering stars representing those who achieved their dream of fame and fortune – resemble a Third World shanty town rather than the heart of America's second-largest city.

Meh. I was there for a week about 2 weeks ago - stayed in a home in the Hollywood Hills. seemed very normal to me. I drove all over the ritzy areas - Mulholland Dr, Holmby Hills, the 3 Bs, etc. It looked very ritzy and non-invaded to me. Perhaps it's massively worsened in the past 10 days, but I doubt it.

Not saying huge swaths of LA aren't shitholes, but most of the places I went seemed quite normal to me. Tons of young white gals out and about and they didn't seem scared at all. Municipal services seemed running strong too - got caught behind those trash trucks in some of the canyons several times. I still can't believe they can make it through there.

I'm hoping your heavily fortified underground bunker lifted your property value nicely upon sale.

And I'm glad you're out of that shithole. Let the idiots bathe in the water they soiled. Unfortunately, it sounds like they're abandoning that bath water, and will only bring the same ideology and voting propensities to less insane areas

"Hell in Hollywood, or Portland or Seattle, or NYC, or Atlanta, or Houston, or coming to a neighborhood near you"...LOL!

Kirstie Alley is on Twitter asking about life in Ohio. She’s ready to get out of Hollywood. Reading her tweets from last few months as opposed to a year or so ago shows quite a turnaround. She’s been red pulled. Maybe fellow Scientologist Joy Villa got to her.
