I don’t see how the shooter did anything wrong. Tried to walk away, fired warning shots when dumbass approached him, and only lit the guy up when he reached down to pick up his weapon.

Shooter probably will not get indicted. There is a reason his bond was low. Self defense.

Agree that as dumb as that video is, it can easily be argued as self defense. Also agree that the way everyone in the video acted is the root issue behind violence like that. Nobody was surprised. Not the dudes partaking. Not the videoer. Not the girl on the stairs. Zero people flinched when these two drew guns on each other. And that’s the problem. It’s a social and culture problem that isn’t going away any time soon. And it’s sad.
