We need to stop attributing individual tweets to how an entire nation feels.
But that's how this works, "The opposition's craziest supporter(s) are fully indicative of the entire party from center to the end." Who is the marketing firm who came up with the genius idea of scolding your entire customer base?

Have any of the usual posters showed up to argue that Gillette’s massive losses aren’t really attributable to their hate marketing of white men?

Hell, I just lost a grandfather like that. I know he loved me, but he just couldn’t show that kind of emotion. It ended up alienating to some extent all of his children.

Too late, don’t care. The only Gillette product I own is a 1940s Gillette king travel safety razor.

I'd like to thank Gillette for turning me on to Viking's Blade razors. I've enjoyed the closer shave for less money with no social guilt trip required. Thanks, Gillette!
Double edged safety razor with yellow feather blades.

I'll bite. They were on the verge of writing down the GW well before that campaign ran. Now, point to something in their most recent Q that supports your assertion.

I had already switched to Harry's because Gillette is so damn expensive
Switch to a double edge razor with a good heavy weight handle.
Best decision I ever made. Use a new razor each morning and it costs me about .07 a day.

Somebody is going to have to explain this to me.

This was the ad where the tranny daughter was trying to grow a beard and the dad was showing her how to shave?

I will never understand why a company takes a stand on a "social issue" when it doesn't have to... I hope they threw the advertising department out onto the sidewalk...

The company actually admitting the marketing campaign focus on social justice issues like toxic masculinity cost them lots of money and damaged their brand.

That's what they attribute the writedown to?

Well shite. Even more woke than the Gillette commercials? How do I not know that?
At least they didn’t parade their wokeness in my face, but please tell me more.
If true, I’ll switch again.

I’m not talking about a writedown. I’m just saying what they said.

Who gives a shite.
I think I’m living in the late 19th century as it is with all the beards anyway...

Not trying to pick a fight. Just wondering if they quantified the impact. Because I haven't seen them attribute "massive losses" to this campaign. The 8B is just a number that stupid media throw out.

Honestly, I shave my head and I have 0 confidence in my ability to avoid scalping myself with a safety razor.
I like Harry’s cheap enough to chance after a couple uses. And they are pretty sharp if you change them enough.
