She’s gonna go down. She stopped her car and opened the door to shoot the guy. She had a clear means of egress (could have just drove off) but stopped and made herself the aggressor in legal terms

I thought the same but he still went back to her which I think makes her ok. Sure, she stopped and opened the door but he’s the one who went back to her door after hitting her already.

Not really a transgression you're going be able to justify physical aggression in a court of law.
Edit to clarify: I'm saying the woman offering weed does not justify the attack, not that the slapping does not justify the shoot.

She didn’t shoot when he slapped her. She shot when he went back to her AFTER slapping her. She had reason to believe he was violent and going to attack her again.
Selling weed to his daughter is one thing. Committing an act of violence against her then going back to her again is another. I think the shooting is ugly but ultimately will be proven to be justified.
