That's the easiest choice of action if someone disagrees with the kneeling. I don't see why people make this so hard.

Because the political industry has spent billions over decades to divide and conquer us over silly issues that don't even really matter. It's sad that so many treat politics like a team sport. We have been conditioned to treat each other like the enemy.
