Just a heads up, season 5 is up and ready to view. This year is Laney in Oakland, CA. Looks much more like a true "Last Chance U" than previous seasons.

Halfway through ep 1. So far I like this coaching staff. Seem like good guys that work with what they have.

I’m through 1episode. Looks like they really focused on guys you can pull for. In years past, they’ve sometimes just picked the best players that they thought would get scholarships.

It's been so long since I've watched I've forgotten the seasons. First 2 were with the short round successful coach, then the last 2 were with coach brown that cussed a ton and only wanted to recruit, is that right? Is this season 5?

I think it is better than the last school, or at least less drama so far. A brief LSU Bama cameo in episode 6. These guys are much more likable than in previous seasons. I never keep up with any of them after, have many of the guys from the show made it back into the D1 or professional?

This season is much better than the last two in Kansas.

This season is already awesome in its differences. Coaching is such a nice change of pace from the other two. The players man, these are my type of guys. The grinders.
Not even finished episode 2 and Dior is my favorite player ever on last chance U.
ETA: jfc Dior is just an incredibly special kid. Wow. Just finished episode 2 and that kid got me laughing and smiling ear to ear.

The only one I really know of was the running back Rakim Boyd because he is in the SEC at Arkansas

The Ollie kid from the first season was on and off D1 schools and ended up at McNeese I think. Raiders signed him and gave him a chance but his lazy arse didn’t last but a few days.
