The Fed Govt has agents/agencies that enforce violations of Federal law in the states-the DEA, the FBI, Homeland Security, US Marshals, etc. This is no different.

I would let them burn the courthouse down and then rebuild a new federal courthouse a100 miles away in Oregon. Teach them what inconvenience looks like because Portland law firms will flee downtown.
