I believe the more direct passages in the bible, however I have a hard time with some that are more prone to interpretation

So, you decided which verses to follow and which to ignore. That’s very dangerous

Never ceases to amaze me what otherwise intelligent adults are capable of believing.

I know what you mean. Some intelligent people claim a man wearing a dress is a woman and the a marxists organization BLM, actually cares about black lives.
Luke was a doctor and yet a believer. My actual family doctor is also a born again believer. Having intelligence or lacking it has nothing to do with faith.

In the Bible,” Saints” is a term for all believers.

The media is collectively the Anti-Christ. This is why you shouldn't watch cable news or any "news" for that matter.

Turn your fricking TV off.

I agree, those beliefs are just as nonsensical and demonstrably false as yours.

See? Common ground

it's just a shame we didn't have any good bible loving Christians around back then to help us understand the bible we wrote and the religion we created.

Please stop spreading the erroneous position that the RCC wrote the Bible, they did not.
Jews wrote the Old Testament and the disciples of Jesus wrote the New Testament.
Yes, Catholics compiled these writings into one book, but they had nothing to do with writing it.
If I, after Shakespeare’s death gathered his writings and decided which to include in a book of his works, could I then take credit for their authorship?

catholics and the kings of england worked to compile what is now currently accepted as the Bible. from works and books published previously.

There are many books though over time which have been added and removed from the bible and determined to be cannon. It's kinda like all the fan fiction stuff you see cranked out now where the catholics said some jesus fan fiction was cannon and other parts aren't canon.

I figured I'd match your dumb reply with one of my own. It's easier than trying to take your foot out of my mouth.

I already told you who wrote it and that is without refute. Jews wrote the Old Testament and Jesus’ disciples wrote the New.

The Anabaptist have been around since the 16th century, but can trace their roots to the early church. Stop making up things.
