And the majority of cases are young people. Who’s been protesting?

It takes about 1.5-2 months to ramp back up. I'm sure the protests spread the disease too.

Reopening is also fueling testing. Many companies are requiring it, especially outside sales, corporate vendors, field technicians, etc...
But you are absolutely right about testing fueling numbers. This is perfectly consistent with early anti-body tests done by USC suggesting a large swath of the population had COVOD19 but didn't know it.

interesting to me how the protests/riots have escaped scrutiny when it comes to the increase in the number of positive cases:
That is absolutely not true. The protests/riots did NOT escape scrutiny. There was research done and the researchers determined they had nothing to do with the spikes.
Now, just because the initial incubation period was approximately 2 weeks and the spike began about 2 weeks after the riots really took hold, means nothing. The researchers told us so.
If you believe that you are probably dumb enough to vote for Biden.

Lol, true. The "experts" at the WHO and the esteemed Dr Fauci said that teeming hoards of thousands of people rubbing and coughing all over each other in the streets will not spread COVID19. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

But singing at church will. It is a good thing they do not have an agenda...

According to this Memorial Day is about May 12th? I agree with the premise but the graph needs to be correct for people to take it seriously.
Yeah, I agree. The graph itself is still just as persuasive, considering that the 2-week period following the actual holiday (May 25th) still shows no significant increase in positive cases. But we all know the people who would take issue with that conclusion would throw the whole graph out solely on the basis that the arrow representing Memorial Day is a bit too far to the left and then refuse to discuss it any further.
They’d probably still refuse to discuss it even if the date is corrected, of course, but at least nobody would have allowed them room to make even a weakly logical argument for doing so.

As of yesterday per the CDC, 121,000 people died either OF Covid (51,000), or WITH Covid (70,000). Of those, 185 were under age 25. That’s .15% of the deaths from about one third of the population.
Source for this? Did they actually try to distinguish between deaths OF and deaths FROM???

Liberals in 2020:
Things that WILL give you covid19:
In-person voting
Going to church
Family gatherings
Operating a small business
Things that WILL NOT give you covid19:
Densely populated protests with no PPE
Mob vandalism/rioting
Visiting Chinatown
Massive pride marches

As someone said on reddit New Orleans.
“Sorry you can’t go to a bar but these people had legitimate reasons. You don’t”

yes. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Health Statistics, Provisional Death Counts for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), July 15, 2020

Death by age and sex can be found here:

Of the 121,000 deaths, 8,650 (7%) are under the age of 55, men are 2:1. Worth shutting down the economy?

Wow, it’s truly amazing with how fast you can reply with obvious Democrat lies. And with no shame.

The overwhelming majority of protests are held outdoors. Also, nearly everyone in that pic has a mask on.

Of course you defend this logic.
Here you go, Mickey. No one can get covid because they are outside

Yes you are. Your reputation as a rabid defender of even the lowest tactics from the left precedes you. You don’t get the benefit of the doubt.
