He should walk up to Payton and Thomas right before he’s supposed to take the field for the first possession against TB and tell them “you know what? I’m done, I’m retiring. Have fun with Jameis at the relm.” Then go straight from the dome to a private jet to his San Diego mansion, and finally send a tab to the city of NOLA for the $5 million dollar check I sent the city to help deal with coronavirus outbreak. Only then will he redeem himself in my eyes.

He can’t, he is dead to me and many other NFL fans.

Would he redeem himself somewhat in your view?
If he publicly doxxed those who harassed him and posted the threats and directions of what to say, I'd consider it.

He could give back to the community by posting nekkid pictures of his wife. I believe he could redeem himself then.

He threw his fans under the bus when he was threatened. No way out of being chicken shite.

I would have more respect for him. Having said that it would end his football and broadcasting career forever. They won't block or play for him and they won't let him get on the air. I would just say what you said, then retire and move the hell away from NOLA forever.

Standing for the National Anthem with his head held high would be a start.
I'd add - after the completion of the Anthem, walk over to Sean Payton and lean in real close with the words: "I quit". Then walk to the locker room, get his shite and ride off into the sunset.
Jbird7 beat me to it

Kneel the first play of the season, take an American flag from under his clothing and wave it jogging off the field, never to return.

quote:Yep. He'd have to retire just to save himself from his own sheep-arse teammates. But he'd also have to say that he was pressured or scared into re versing himself, and restate his original position with 10x as much conviction.
Reverse his stance and retire is the only correct answer.

Seppuku on during the national anthem

Kneel during the Black National Anthem.

The only way he can redeem himself is a full apology for his cuckness. Take back all that was said as part of his "APOLOGY" and stop all monetary payment to BLM terrorist organizations. After that immediately retire and join Trump's re-election campaign and tour the country talking against the leftist take over of sports.

Throw a pick six on the first play. Act pissed off. Then come back after the kick off and throw another one. Drip your pants exposing a big F U on your cheeks as you run off the field.

How could Drew Brees redeem himself?
For me, he can’t, because the damage is already done, and I won’t be watching NFL games anymore.

"ive built a thousand bridges, do you call me a Steve the bridgebuilder? No. But you suck one cock..."
There is no turning back for Brees.
