Lol. As if these little shite head marxists morons can even grasp the reality of starvation. People who shop at whole foods religiously couldn't last 2 days without food.

I equally enjoy every instance of when he asks a progressive to give an example of systemic racism so he can go fight it with them.
Well, you know, the system is just setup for certain people more than others is the typical response.

Is the only choice between being a neoliberal, corporate hellhole with nothing but strip malls, concrete, and billboards vs. starving to death?
People need to break out of the Cold War era thinking of the communism vs capitalism, outdated left/right economic paradigm.

The people who shop at Whole Foods are probably most likely to do the master cleanse/fasting trend.

I'm sure they could spruce up the looks but that costs more so now they'll charge you more. You ok with that?

Right. Huge free market guy but I also recognize it’s role in completely destroying modern American architecture.
Form over function, cheapest materials possible, quickest construction time possible. Add it all together and you get the desolate landscapes found in the majority of our nation’s smaller cities.

Im fine with a lower standard of living and paying more for things, yes. Weve never been more technologically advanced or more materially wealthy but also never more fat, unhealthy, depressed, drug addicted, suicidal, or spiritually dead and miserable in general. Coincidence? Not everything is about money.

That's the place we've been led.
We're basically up against heading down the communist road. This isn't about too many strip malls in suburbs.

Im not so so sure. Would a communist state have as many oligarch and plutocrat billionaires and corporations worth effectively trillions that have more power than the state and God combined? That kind of thing does not happen in a communist state. What we are heading for is actually Way worse than communism in my opinion.

That’s really not a boom at all.

Because the brutalist style that socialist nations used was so amazing.

Why are some of you so stuck in the capitalism/communism dichotomy?
As if you can only have one or the other. Between brutalist architecture and modern strip mall capitalism architecture, I’d take neither.

This I agree with, but the result will be similar. There were plenty of rich elites in Soviet Russia who didn't play by the same rules. It was the bulk of everyone else that were stomped down into poverty.
