Spokespeople from the New York Times and Twitter confirmed the tweet in question was removed because of a Digital Millennium Copyright Act complaint.
"Media not displayed," a message says where the photograph once was. "This image has been removed in response to a report from the copyright holder."

Stuff like this will ultimately pull more people in the middle to trump. Media censorship of the GEOTUS only makes people on the far left happy. Not a great way to win the middle. All it does is remind his base why November is so important

The photographer owns the copyright. It's petty for sure, but he can do it. So, get another picture made, maybe of Trump in the Oval Office or in front of the flag and do it again. F the photographer.
