Her father was US military overseas at the time of her birth.

Under the law at the time, it was because he was born in Panama he was eligible.

Even if she were allowed, she would be a terrible choice. She is responsible for bad things in the VA at the time it was at its worst. She's also a first time Senator who is just as bad as Durbin - IL. She uses her accident, but veterans hate that bitch. She's ugly as sin too.
