He puts out some really great information but his commentary in the videos is pretty annoying. It almost makes his videos not watchable for me. But the information and tips he gives are so valuable I have to watch.

My favorite golf channel by far. Hopefully his advice has me breaking 85 in the next couple months. Got to plant a lot more feathers though!

i just started watching his video and it gives me hope. i feel like i do some things a lot better than he does (putting being the biggest) however his scores are much better then my own.

Years ago I played with several mini tour guys and I watched them work their way around the course, it really made an impression.
The one thing that I took away was how several of these guys played the par 4s.
One guy in particular always hit off the tee whatever club it took to get him to a comfortable yardage for his approach. He was very comfortable hitting a 125-130 yard shot into a green.
I try to do the same now. I rather take a full swing with a PW at 120 yards then trying to take something off a wedge at 75.

I've been watching him the last year and I fully agree. The stuff that I love about it is that his game is pretty relatable, he isn't anything flashy or great. He isn't a great putter, great ball striker, he's not a great driver of the ball but he is a fantastic course manager.

“play the course backwards helps you know where to miss” that is what this guy is teaching.
It’s also helpful if you know 6-7/10x direction you will miss. The guy in this video could have saved 5 shots just by aiming more left with his driver (hit some healthy left to right shots).
It’s not always about how pretty your swing is, knowing how to play golf > technical golf skills.

His latest couple of videos with the women professionals and how they play is gold.
His latest one with the girl playing lesson on the course was phenomenal. Picking small, elevated targets is something I read about in Bob Rotella's book but never put into actual play but Im gonna try it.

I want to thank y'all for recommending these videos. Honestly, I haven't been able to put his stuff into practice yet, but I can't stop watching the videos. Even though they are all relatively similar, I just can't stop. In the least, they've made me realize how much I should enjoy golf instead of stressing over it.

He lists himself as a 4 hdcp. Love his approach, "the way of the playa." He makes a hell of a lot of 4-5 foot putts. Money.

Really glad I came across this thread. I put a ton of work into my game 3 years ago, but two kids later and I have stalled. Watching this channel has made so many of the mental tips that dropped my hcp significantly come flooding bag. That playing lesson with the gal in KL was fantastic.

Bc he is on the green in regulation trying to make 20+ footers for birdie most of the time.
You are draining 5-10 footers to save double bogey

I dk man, while he doesn't drain many outside 15 feet, when's the last time you saw him miss a 6 footer?
