Just said 100% come Sept 5th there will be a game vs UTSA with 80k+ fans, guaranteed. I like to think the same thing but wonder if that’s base on sources or wishful thinking

It's based on common sense if you've done even a little bit of research on the spread of the virus.
Relative to indoor spread, it is extremely rare to become infected outdoors due to increased ventilation.
Add to the fact masks will either be required or highly encouraged and I think there's a very low chance you get inoculated with enough of the virus to become seriously ill (especially if you are under the age of 65).
We're all grownups. We can decide if the benefit of attending a football game is worth the risk of contracting the virus. If they have the necessary safety precautions in place, it's seriously a no-brainer to have 80k+ in the stands

The only people that say there won’t be a football season are people that don’t stand to lose money if there isn’t a football season. Until that changes I am going to continue to believe there will be a football season.

Dude, it only takes 1 viral particle to infect a person. The virus replicates inside you. Once infected each individual’s immune response determines how severe their illness gets. 100,000 people infected = 2000- 5000 deaths
