With the increase of cell phones why aren’t there more UFO videos

My only guess is the advanced species have evolved to where they can not be captured on video?

The one time I saw one, I was driving across the IL-KY border and didn't exactly have the time or sense of recklessness to pop out my phone for a recording.

When the c130 flew over not long ago it cought me off guard, so when I ran outside to watch it I realized I should have taken out my phone for pictures after it was gone. My next thought was that's what we don't have more pictures of UFOs.

TTSA (Delonge) is trying to leverage cell phones as a surveillance net to serve this very function (coordinated amongst the public to triangulate sighting in real time)
Forbes recently wrote an article how the push for driverless cars will likely also lead to a surveillance infrastructure that monitors the environment/sky (similar to above)

After years in aviation, photography and stargazing, I saw my first UFO on January 1st, 2019. Actually, I saw about four objects flying horizontally for about 7-8 minutes.

As our cameras advance, the extra terrestrials technology advances as well.
