And definitely encourage your kids to do so. I felt that way before all this started and recent events have reinforced this belief.
The negatives of working for a large corporation now outweigh the perks. The writing is on the wall and plain for all of us to see.
These companies are now left wing propaganda centers and are starting to view their own employees as the enemy.
Get out if you are able!

No. Become a business owner, not self employed

I took over my dad's Engineering and Land Surveying Firm. I don't have to worry about Wokeness much in this field. Calculus 1 through Calculus 4 is a very racist bastard.
