How to cook a skinless salmon filet on BGE?

My wife bought seasoned salmon filet’s and can only find instructions with skin on versions.

What’s the best way to cook these?

Also can’t find the cedar planks anywhere.

Wrap in foil with herbs and lemon? Or maybe parchment paper if you are grilling above 400

Hot grill , straight on the grates (oil grates) a minute or 2 each side

Lay flat on foil with a little olive on it until done. Shouldn’t take long

As old school is it is...soaked cedar planks on a hot grill...are great.

Basting with anything that suits your fancy works well...

Got this recipe at a salmon lodge in Alaska several years ago and still my favorite. Wrap salmon in procuitto then chill for a few hours so it will adhere to the salmon. Grill on oiled grate , then top with a mix of olive oil , lemon, garlic and fresh parsley. Greater than the sum of its parts
