What is happening in terms of Covid "cases" is not surprising or alarming. What it is is proof that the shut downs were a poorly conceived strategy that failed utterly. Despite the lengthy shut down the virus was there waiting when we emerged. Is anyone surprised? You could shut it down for two months, four, six, it won't matter. The result will be the same.
A shut down can only be justified in a situation where a readily available vaccine is right around the corner.

She is basically the County President. It's an executive position not a judicial one.
