Wife wants to open a Daiquiri shop

Has a good location. Has been in service industry for 15 years. What kind of revenue can a shop with 8-10 machines generate? Mainly "to-go- carry-out" no drive thru.

I know during the Corona lockdown Spankys on Sherwood had lines wrapping around the back all way to the road by Wendy's. They seemed to be doing pretty well.

I’d go the other way with it. Do drive thru only. Less staffing needs and no liability of patrons coming in and out. Those things can print money

Not in Louisiana.We have a home in another state and go back and forth. This state does not allow drive-thru shops.
