I never post here, and I haven’t read much on the political forum side outside of scandals and big events, but I obviously need to be an educated adult on this.

I’ve always leaned to the right, and maybe the “mass media” has me brainwashed with Trump’s low approval ratings, but at this point, does he really have a chance at a second term? It doesn’t seem realistic at this point, yet, neither does Biden.

Throw out your bias, political lean and who you WANT to win. Who actually takes the election when the time comes?

(If someone could direct me to legitimate source material that shows the true odds, I’d appreciate it. I can’t allow myself to read the bigs, FOX, CNN, NYT, etc., as I already know their bias.)

I still think Trump wins, but never count out the effect of white-guilt and self-loathing on a population.

Trump wins. I'm more interested in what bullshite obstruction (muh Russia) they will pull to try to stop/slow him down.

Unless DJT starts shifting the conversation, Biden wins.

Trump needs to start having rallies.

Unfortunately, I think Biden wins, the GOP loses the Senate and the Dems retain the house and gain some seats.

The vast majority of "Trump Supporters" are more determined than ever.

The polls aren't accurate, they haven't been accurate since the day he clinched the Republican nomination.

They will try to boombard us with crazy polls and fake news from here to November, don't fall for it

Trump wins in a landslide. There will be extreme backlash against covid quarantines, rioters, and cancel culture which despite media projection, the overwhelming majority of people see Trump as fighting against.

If the Democrats punt and choose a new candidate at their convention, I may be singing a different tune, but I just don’t see it ending well for the Democrats once Biden leaves his basement and gets on stage.

Plus with how tyrannical and vicious the Democrats have become, I really don’t see any reason to vote for Democrats other than “Orange Man Bad”. They’ve completely lost their way. It’s still a long time until November.

It will be very close and we will be well into election night before we even have a clue who the winner is.

Both side will allege fraud.

Democrats will be in federal court trying to keep polls open all election night and to keep counting mail in ballots for a month, even ones mailed after the election.

Trump Biden aftermath will make Bush vs Gore look like a tea social.

50,000 people in 10 counties in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin will decide the election. Whoever picks off 2 of those 3 wins, unless there is a surprise like Minnesota or Virginia flipping.

If Biden beats Trump, we're going to hell in a handbasket.

Biden doesn't fire up the base like Trump fires up his base. The only people eager to vote for Biden only want Trump gone. The middle of the road voters aren't going to get out to vote for Biden. He's blatantly a panderer and nowhere near sincere.

Trump doesn't sound sincere often but we have 4 years of his leadership to know where he lands on issues and what he will do performance-wise.

Trumps 2016 win proved that the economy was the number one concern on American's minds. And there's no way with this pandemic you're going to hand the keys to the blind/drunk/moron to drive this economy.

My $.02 is that Trump has made a couple of bad statements through this protesting and looting thing which isn't good, but I doubt it'll move the needle much during the election. There's too much time to forget between now and the election. The people protesting are just the squeaky wheel, and they're only getting squeakier. The other wheels are the silent majority.

Trump wins by a wider margin. I voted for the 1st time against Hillary. This time I am frothing at the mouth to vote for Trump. it won't be a landslide but the silent majority is absolutely more pissed off at liberals, self righteous celebs, & MSM more than they were in 2016. I did not think that was possible.

For you nervous nellies: the people that hated him are simply more vocal in their hate. Their vocal projection at the silent majority will seal their fate yet again. The only way GEOTUS loses is cheating. Progs feel they have to moral high ground to do just that. Mail in ballots are nothing compared to what they could really do to tamper.

Ask yourself what person that voted for Trump four years ago would vote for Sleepy Joe Biden this time? The Dems went with the sacrificial lamb route a few months back with Joe when it looked like they had no shot, they are probably regretting that decision now. Personally I still don't think Joe is going to be on the ballot come November so I wouldn't bet my house on anything at this point.

The feeling of uncertainty and need for a strong man in foreign affairs and negotiations got Trump elected the first time. Basically people got tired of Barack Obama acting like a pussy.

Now that the country is on fire - I say that doubles.

Trump wins. Nobody in their right mind thinks Joe Biden gets any situation under control. And nobody who works in the bubble that is news media is in their right mind. They just reinforce their existing beliefs and they will be shouting at the sky again in November.

(I do fear the rioting is worse when Trump wins again tho).

Biden gets larger popular vote margin than Hilary.

Trump wins with nearly identical Electoral College numbers as 2016.

If they have a few debates, Biden will be exposed and mentally ill. Not trying to be mean, but he's not all there.

Biden wins...not because of the will of the people. I just don't see how Trump overcomes this. You will be "woke" to vote for Biden.
