Cancel culture tried to force LSU into not accepting a student in the fall that had a video saying “I hate N’s”

I don’t know the actual law either. Does the 1st amendment cover hate speech? Is this considered hate speech since it doesn’t seem to be a call to violence? I have no idea.
What I do know is a statement somewhere along the lines of “ We, as a university, are currently investigating this situation closely. We stand tall with our members of the black community at this time. Geaux Tigers” would’ve been a whole lot less inflammatory than the shite they put out

The terrible response was any response at all to unverified twitter posts of a known race baiter who has wrongly “outed” the incorrect person on multiple occasions.

We are in a better spot from Top to Bottom leadership wise in my lifetime regarding the football program.
I trust whatever decision that is made on this matter will be the right one for the team as a whole.
