Anyone here have access to attend either of the two investor conferences?

We could pool our money and send Gaucho as our representative. Send all of the hats and T-shirts back with him so he can tell them we aren't wearing that shite until they get the share price back up to at least $6.

Just a gut check. What is everyone’s feelings about SLI going to zero vs actually building a plant. I’m sitting on 6k shares and too far under water to get out. I’ve never followed a start up company from cradle to a running plant but it looks like everything is on the up and up to me. I work as a CM for a large petrochemical plant and looks like they are going thru all the proper steps, but this is a new company and new tech which is out of my league.
My guess is 80/20% chance it goes all the way.

What y’all think.

Ive been invested in this company for 4 years, been all the way up and all the way down. I recently doubled my position, wrong or right move IDK, but I would not still be here after 4 years riding the ups and downs if I didn’t believe in the process. All lithium has taken a hit, but to be so near to the end and giving up now! Hell no! 2 more years I can wait!

Been in since June 2021. I'm holding till this company commercializes and starts pumping product out the door. Then I'll reevaluate.

$1 isn’t coming. That would mean its market cap equals its approximate asset book value, leaving the business operations themselves valued at $0.

"The Company has engaged Citi to facilitate strategic financing and partnership options for the Phase 1A Project, as well as for advancing the broader South West Arkansas project and the Company’s initiatives in East Texas...

With this increased clarity, supported by Citi for strategic financing and partnerships and BNP Paribas for debt financing and off-take negotiations, the Company is now positioned to accelerate project development and execute on its strategy to unlock the full potential of its Smackover resources..."

cmon Citi !! find a buyer for the company... been in Red far too long..

Grok says the NPV of project 1A + SWA if lithium was $20,000 a ton (instead of $30,000) is ~$16 per outstanding share of SLI.

I’ve been bagging ammo inc as well. When they crossed this week I took the tax loss on ammo and swapped even for another 1000 of SLI. Hope it works out.

Sounds better. I figured $20-25 with a price of $30k for lithium and a PE of like 5 if I recall. $13 would be at the low end IF lithium demand and prices start to rocket over the next 5-10 years. And if it really is about "clean" energy, then DLE lithium should be all that's allowed to be used. There will be plenty of it.

I assumed 30k/ton and 100% of capex to come from debt. Plan to refine when we learn about financing but until then my estimate serves as a floor expectation I'd imagine

Lithium sector looks like it's gonna take another hit today.

Hold on to your butts.

ETA: Dang, worse than I thought. Why do people hate lithium all of the sudden?

Joe Lowry seems to think lithium will continue to take a beating throughout the end of the year, then in January we should start to see an uptick in the price of lithium.

Makes sense. This is an opportunistic year for tax loss harvesting. It will be interesting to see if the magnificent seven dont have some gains harvested pretty hard at the beginning of the year as well.

I hope no one snaps shots of SLI employees picking up cans on the side of the road.

More likely we'll be (or at least I'll be) picking cans on the road before it comes to SLI employees
