They have basically said go ahead burn down your businesses, trash your neighborhood, and loot homes but you’re not getting out of your neighborhood.

Good. It's not worth getting shot to save a burning building.
What's scary is the innocent people in the area that don't want to be involved in the riots. Those people have no one to protect them when those thugs decide to steal, beat, rape, or murder them. I hope they are safe and practicing their 2A right.
