For memorializing the death of a shitbag thief? He should receive an award.
Mmhmm. If your kid jacked some nails from a construction site and then a couple dudes ran him down and shot him dead, I'm sure you'd be standing at the podium to hand them a trophy.

Somebody posted a video from Worldstar HH a couple years ago where two black teenage kids filmed a man screaming for help and eventually drowning in a lake, and I don’t think anything ever happened to those kids. They were laughing and joking the whole time.
And I'm sure you followed it to the very end.

Have you ever heard of a guilty bystander?

I mean, if misdemeanor trespassing is a death sentence then murder has to be too right?
Ahhhh...the old eye for an eye? I don’t think you want to play that game with the honkey crackers.
Since when does the federal government give out death sentences for misdemeanors?
You’re being silly!

He stole a65 inch tv from Walmart. Not worried about nails or water from a construction site.
He's a thief. frick a thief.
He's a thief. frick a thief.

Can we show the two black kids kicking the old Asian lady at the bus stop and video taping the whole thing?
You know. Since this is a talking point thread?

I have missed some of recent developments.
What is reasoning? Didn't he give to authorities there and then someone else he shared it with later leaked it to public? Or did authorities just have the shared version which may have left out things?
Also why did construction site have camera set up? Was it because owner was out of town/state & wanting to check in on progress, problems with workers, and/or due to trespassing & theft (not justifying shooting or even attempting a citizen's arrest but trespassing & theft do seem to be an issue with even this article mentioning a cop texting person to contact the shooter of having issues)?

That very well may be true, and I agree frick a thief.
However that is not reason to have two random citizens just gun him down, no matter how much shite he stole.

I admittedly haven't done much other than watch his video a few times but how is he guilty of murder?

That's nice. If you're into executing thieves over $350 or so, they would LOVE you in the middle east. Not how things work here

I wonder if there is evidence that he blocked Arbery in and forced him to run back towards the McMichaels

I'm surprised it took this long.
He'll get less time or will more likely roll on the McMichaels to get out of jail.
If the McMichaels are found to have committed an aggravated assault, ol Roddy was certainly an accessory to it.
He aided in corralling AA.

I still don't see how that qualifies as murder. Accessory? Sure. But a straight murder felony charge?
Only thing I can think is they did this in attempt to get him to plea down.

My guess is GBI found something outside of the video released to tie him to that charge. Especially since he’s not charged as just an accomplice.
I’m pretty sure I read they (GBI) went through the McMichael’s home the other day. So who knows if it’s connected to that.

There is.

They charged him with felony murder based on false imprisonment. Basically saying he was attempting to commit the felony of false imprisonment when Arbery died.
