I'm still low key pissed he passed on running for Governor. He could have said "I'm running" and done literally nothing else and until he moved his shite into the governor's mansion. Instead he opts out and leaves us with Trumpersticker Eddie to put Honor Code back in office for another 4 years.

He talks good, and votes more consistently that Cassidy, but don’t be fooled. Kennedy is as much a snake in the grass as folks like Marco Rubio and Mittens. Kennedy once campaigned for John Kerry and Mary Landreiu.

Wouldn't trade Kennedy for the alternative in 2016. He has always been great with the down home quips. Just a few things to note.
Karl Rove flipped him to GOP to run against Landrieu for the 2008 cycle.
He failed miserably and was crushed in debates. Great quips without opposing opinion but didn't fare well with actual opposition.
He has not shown much campaign stamina being out on the stump and there really wasn't viable Dem opposition in 2014. There was minor nutter opposition with Col. Madness of St. Tammany, who by the way didn't win a single precinct in his parish in 2010. when Cassidy defeated Landrieu.
