It’s all good. If someone negligently turns his life upside down, his tune would change. Clearly if she would have survived the wreck she’d suffer physical as well as mental pain and suffering. By his logic, she shouldn’t deserve anything either.

ETA: I see we have another non-believer in mental suffering. I wonder if Jr. can get on planes anymore. Is that a feeling?

Oh please explain how it’s not blatant emotional profiteering. Please.

His wife died in a plane crash because the pilot of the plane flew when it was foggy, became disoriented, and slammed the plane into a field where it erupted into a fireball and killed her in what was most likely a horrible and excruciating manner.

I am curious what your proposed solution to having someone negligently kill your wife (spouse) is, since nothing can ever bring them back and money is not something you approve?

We don’t have a perfect system, but we can’t unburn her to death and uncrash the plane.

We need to get rid of the civil system entirely. You settle your claims on the honor code or with physical violence. I hear that’s what’s they’re doing in Texas.

Just think of the jobs would would gain if we got rid of the civil court system entirely. Do you know how many businesses would flock here for our educated workforce and otherwise honest politicians?

Way to take something out of context. How else do you plan on making Jr. and his deceased wife whole? Like I said you can’t bring her back.

Same thing, Boosie chops your hand off. You want him to give you a new hand or do you want the money for your hand that’s gone?

Paradise. Get rid of most regulations as well. Neighboring states can relocate factories in Louisiana so they don’t have to make the trouble of setting up in Mexico.

They can look back at logs and such for maintenance and personnel questions. As for the trauma McCord experienced, I don’t know how that works.

I’m sure that evil pilot viciously disregarded all relevant standards and drove the plane into the ground. Suing will definitely make it better!

Pooo yie, can you imagine the capitalist paradise we’d create? No more workers compensation, civil liability, or environmental regulations. We should prolly throw in some more tax breaks just so da jobs don’t even think about going somewhere else.
