Also to be transparent the state needs to show # of positives in general public vs # of positives in jails & nursing homes

Or at least it would only under two circumstances:

1. You brought the person back to life, or

2. The person didn’t actually have the virus

Edwards has a big choice on Monday... the end of the month is Memorial Day and people are gonna want to get out and do shite.... if he somehow shuts this place down to past that weekend it could get ugly....... I’m cooking out no matter what he says though. esp if the weather is like this.

I think the spike is due to testing prisoners after an article stated two guards died of Covid that worked at Richwood detention center.
