I watch pieces of JRE here and there and it’s a great podcast.

I also love Elon’s weird arse and Tesla, but honestly, the first podcast they did, I didn’t find it all that great. Didn’t seem like Elon wanted to say much.

I feel like he’ll have a ton to say this time.

You'll say that until you start watching/listening to a lot of them, as I've found myself doing a lot at work over the last 2 months during this whole covid crap.

He can act stuck up and know it all quite often. Also, so much shite flies over his head. He'll have people on there who will say things sarcastically or lighthearted and it'll just go over his head and he'll shut them down on it.

Look, I think he's a good interviewer, I'm just saying it gets old kind of quick. I still listen to his podcast though, especially when he has on certain guests like astronomers, writers and others like that.

Yeah that could be the case. I think the only full interview (2 hours plus) that I’ve listened to start to finish was one of Jordan Peterson’s.

I think what makes it great to me is that he knows how to keep the conversation going in an interesting direction, regardless of who he’s talking to. Even if it’s someone brilliant like Musk, or Neil deGrass Tyson, or Lawrence Krauss, even if stuff is going over his head he can still keep the conversation flowing.

But yeah, he has to interview someone I want to listen to for me to devote time to it and mostly that’s thinkers, although his interview with Andy Stumpf (former SEAL) was really good too.

I don’t worship Musk the way I’ve seen others do, but he’s definitely the coolest guy in his salary range. I’d party with him. Bezos seems like a complete weirdo.
