What to do with aluminum boat interior

Was given a 19' Hanko's recently that needs some work. Carpet in it is disgusting and it needs to be ripped out.
Really don't want to go back with more carpet and been looking into getting Line-x or Rhino lining for it.
Anyone have any experience with putting a liner like this in a boat? Obviously I want it to last, but i'm usually barefoot in a boat, so don't want it to be too rough on the feet, or too slippery.

Had used this produce. Bought a spray chopper gun off ebay for $20. Held up great with the boat out in the open. Cool on the feet too!

Friends dont give friends boats with carpet in them.
Wheres it at? If it's just a deck you could hydro turf it. I've never used berliner, but I have used regular white aluminum primer with good results. It's tough and easy to apply

my bed liner sure aint slippery. But its hot.
my dog dances like Fred Astaire at times when he gets in the bed of my truck.
What about something like Gator guard? Or maybe just gel coat?

Rhino lined one like that back in 95 and it was a waste of money, hit and slick when wet. Hydro turf imo is the way to go.
Have fun getting that cement off.

any helpful tidbits with that?
Hydro turf looks the most comfortable on the feet, and simple enough to handle myself.
What i didn't like about it is it looks like you'd have gaps throughout the boat. Like where you have a compartment, you'd have that small rectangle of the Hydroturf, then a gap, then the larger area of the hydroturf. Seems like a good place for gross crap to get caught in and a pain to clean.

Acetone, buy it by the gallon.
Personally, find a carpet guy and get him to cut and lay. Would get the adhesive back and also use 3m spray 90. Make sure you adhere to the open time directions with the spray 90.

i'm not putting carpet back in it.
I'm liking the Durabak. I just know it's going to be a pain in the arse to get the carpet out and prep the surface.

Damn nice gift. Well worth any trouble you have to go through to get it like you want it

Brass or SS brush on a grinder.
That burabak has very small rubber pieces in it that gives a person traction.

I have hydroturf in mine and love it. Cleans up a lot easier than I was expecting and super comfortable to walk and stand on.

I just recently pulled the carpet out of my bay boat. I went with Safe Floor of Louisiana. Really happy with the results. And it comes with a lifetime warranty.

Didn't mean that, carpet guys can measure cut and install quick because they do it all the time.
Doesn’t look like they did floor, if they did can you post floor pic?

Nice.
Did you pull the carpet and sand/grind the glue off too, or did Safe Floor do that?
