Biden would torpedo his campaign if he did that. The US isn't voting for a progressive black woman to be one heart beat from the Presidency. Especially if it's a President who's 78 and has dementia.

There is no way either Obama would take a VP slot to someone like Dementia Joe unless there was a plan to either kill him off or have him step down right after the election if they were to win. The Obama's have way too much arrogance to be a second fiddle.
