Great Actors/Actresses whose looks changed with age but had great career later in life

It's a little hard to phrase what I'm asking for so i'll use Sean Connery as my example:
He had a great career in his youth with the James Bond films. His looks changed greatly with age and I'll say his best work happened in his "second" career of middle age to the elderly years.
Who do you have?

Helen Mirin was a smoke show who’s had greater success in her gray haired years.

Dame Judi Dench
She was big in theater earlier in her career and on British TV. She moved over to mainstream US success in the 90s and has been huge ever since.

Jeff Bridges.
From Sea Hunt as kid to Last Picture Show in his 20's,Against All Odds in his 30's,Big Lebowski in his 50's and True Grit in his 60's
Guy has grown up on screen through SEVEN decades.
I'm not sure any actor has had a longer run.

Jeff Bridges.
Yep, he's got some longevity going on.
I liked him in "Starman" playing the alien who becomes Scott Hayden by replicating his DNA.

I'll add Kurt Russell

I believe he got an Oscar nomination for the role.
"Thunderbolt and Lightfoot" is another underated performance.
Kurt Russell is another guy whose had a multi generational career.

Mickey Rourke was a "beauty" back in the 80s, then decided to be a boxer or something, followed by weird plastic surgeries.
Despite being this creature, he had some movie success in the 2000s.

Leslie Nielsen had a full career as a serious actor and as a heavy.
Airplane flipped the switch, giving him an entirely new career as a comedic lead.
