Say for a minute there are 20 people that caught it.
How many of those people are going to sit at home for 14 days with a runny nose? How many will never have symptoms?

It’s not their choice they have to wait before coming back to work if you test positive. You crazy

Just spoke to someone where 20 plus hospital employees caught Covid.
That's week old information...Louisiana will be fine.

Nope this is new over last 3 days.
Louisiana isn’t okay. Our demographics create the perfect storm with Covid-19. Governor better not open up anything until we get a hold on this. This has also spread into nursing homes.

I’m not saying they are at fault. At some point the workplace policy that you have to quarantine for 14 days after testing positive will become obsolete. There is a certain point of saturation where the majority of people will have been exposed at some point or another and will never show symptoms.
I think we are farther along in that process than most people.

It’s a non-heading lettuce type fresh green that has a bitter taste.

Oo shut the frick up, nursing homes have been having issues with it.
We have hit the peak, no we cant just run out and open everything tomorow but plans need to be out in place and steps need to start being made to transition back to open.
This is proving to be not much worse than flu numbers, as testing is more readily available the mortality rates will dip even more as will the serious cases percentage.

By being adults about this. Throwing temper tantrums does nobody any good. I’m functioning just fine. You need to get a grip.

This is new just like the hospital I spoke about. I understand it’s not information people want to hear but we don’t have this under control is my point.

You don’t have to open nursing homes to visitors to open the economy.

Nobody gives a shite about your point. Your point is to excite fear and panic just like the talkingpointa of the media and left want you too

Nursing home and senior living facility deaths will probably comprise somewhere around 10% (at least) of all Covid deaths. They’re not opening up for a good long while. That doesn’t mean I can’t get my hair cut.

We can’t even protect our hospital workers. The numbers in Louisiana will skyrocket if we open it back up. Then we will be doing this all over again.

The goal for nursing homes was never to prevent exposure, only to gradually introduce it. Same as the public.

1) no one knows that
2) the epidemiologists expect it to until there’s a vaccine. So unless you’re planning on keeping it shut down for another 12 months...
