What was Helen’s play with the fake confession? Was she going to forge it and show it to Navarro in order to get he and Wendy executed? That’ seems like a really risky/stupid thing to do.

why do they make these casino boats so tiny on the outside, then when they show the interior sets they're the size of an aircraft carrier

It’s my only real hang up with the show. It reminds me of the dukes of hazard episode with the casino in the diesel trailer. They were racing around the county on dirt roads but the inside was huge and smooth as can be. I couldn’t even suspend my belief on that as an 8 year old.

That was my guess, and it did in fact turn out to be quite risky

Atleast a year

might be longer 13 months between season 1 and 2
19 months between 2 and 3.

have already said they are not in a rush and are content shooting around all the actors (mostly Jason Bateman) schedules with no plans to have them make hard commits to shooting. They know what they have and aren't going to rush it.

onder why also? It's almost as though the inside and outside shots are in two different places. Or, it' really good camera work. I just don't understand it either??

It called post production editing. All film and TV shows film indoor scenes on a sound stage. A huge studio where the interior can be made into any size room. Those then get blended with exterior shots taken elsewhere to appear to be all in one place.

There is a whole other building attached to it. The slots and table games are on the boat and the bar and rest of it are in the building

End of S3: I don’t think I’ve laughed so hard at a TV show that wasn’t a comedy. What a way to end the season.

Today, well, today is a beginning.

Just finished S3. Been a while since I have been so satisfied with an entire season of a show. Loved every bit of it. I legit dropped a plate of mac and cheese in my lap at the end of Ep. 10.

That actor that played Ben - Tom Pelphrey - deserves every award imaginable. He was incredible all season. What a great season!

The only thing i didn’t care for was Jonah’s connection to Ben. It felt a little forced. I don’t get the idea he and Ben spent a lot of time together before he showed up in the Ozarks & they only hung out on camera a few times.

Also, Darlene & Wyatt....yuck.

I thought this was the best season.

OMFG I love Ruthie.

The last scene was amazing. Methinks they might have greenlit a S4.

The REO speedwagon stuff was lol funny and just generally awesome. The dental guy's love for that band just tickled the shite out of me.

yeah, this was my biggest beef. It bothered me more than it probably should have. Like, seriously Netflix, y'all couldn't spring for a bigger boat?
