Popeyes bait and switch

Ordered the two piece spicy for wife last night, told they only had wings and 5 mins fo da spicy. Get to window and miraculously order is ready. Get home and wife says it’s not Spicy and tasted nasty. Zero receipt in bag either.

I've had the same ting happen a couple of times recently. Order spicy, have to pull up and wait, then no spice.

Popeyes has been giving people the wrong order, consistently, since the 70's. This is not a surprise.

LOL, Popeyes here is awful. Worst service of any of the fast fooders. Continually run out of spicy strips. Will short you everytime in the drivethru. If you aren't checking your order, then you aren't a real Popeyes customer. At a minimum, you won't have any sauces and half the time the order they give you won't even be yours.
So consider yourself lucky if you at least got the chicken amount correct. I don't think their employees even know which bin is spicy and which is unspicy. Same with your drinks. Order 1 diet coke and 3 cokes... they all will look exactly the same with zero fricks given to actually push in the diet part on top. So meh, normal experience.
