Bakers Gold at Pluckers is #1 for me. I like Vampire Killer too.
a classic hot wing sauce will always do it for me though.
I like using Moore's when i make it at home.
I once put some Heinz carolina sweet mustard bbq sauce mixed in with the Moore's hot sauce and i jizzed in my pants.
I've never been to a BWW where the service was even remotely good.
Hooters wings suck. They are always small and they have the worst tasting regular hot sauce.
Pluckers has the biggest wings for sure, and the most flavors that are good.
Wingstop is the best i think. Good size wings, good hot sauce. I do like their LA rub for a dry rub.
I love hot wings.

Texas Pete Buffalo Wing Sauce is where it's at. The sauce isn't hot enough by itself, but paired with a healthy coat of Slap Ya Mama seasoning and it is just right.
At Hooters, it's the 3 Mile.
BBW's Mango Habanero is good, but it is terribly inconsistent. There are times when I order it and it's barely hot. There are other times by wing number 2, I am on my second tall beer, my eyes are watering, and I'm sweating.

The old Three Mile Island ones from Hooters were my favorite.
ETA:
They used to sell a hotter one called Bentley's, that weren't on the menu. Tried one a buddy ordered but didn't like it.

Every time I order it it's hot af -- I always regret it later and tell myself I'm never going to order it again, but I always do

I’m on an air fried wings with Franks Buffalo sauce, a little slap yo momma, and a dash of garlic powder kick....zero carbs.

Three from BWW: spicy garlic, Caribbean jerk, and Parmesan garlic. Thankfully you don't have to go into a BWW to get them.
The Sweet Baby Rays Buffalo wing sauce is pretty good also, esp with a little Crystal sauce thrown in.
Spicy Garlic is the absolute best ever.

Our new honey sriracha at Hooters is pretty legit. Hot, Daytona, and Honey Chipotle are the best sellers
