If a better wing place had BWW's spicy garlic, I'd never go to that dump again. That shite is good.

Wing stop's Korean BBQ is really good too.

Basically just their old spicy garlic they had years ago.

Was very happy to see it's return.

I find that the hottest sauces typically lack flavor and are just straight up heat.

Yep. Blazin at BWW is trash flavorwise and so is whatever the hottest at wing stop is. Fire in the hole at pluckers has good flavor though.

Heat for the sake of heat is stupid. I love hot shite, but it has to have other things going on for me to want it.

Oil, we don't agree on much, but I do agree with you on this.

Yep. Anything that uses extract instead of actual peppers to get heat can get fricked. So many people want to just get heat and use extract and it just ends up disgusting.

Mango habanero of any kind

Some hot BBQ sauce and a garlic Parmesan to offset each other

It ends up having an almost chemical/caustic profile to it that is just awful. Better to be used as paint thinner.

SPICY GARLIC SAUCE:
1 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1tablespoon butter
1 egg yolk
3 teaspoons water
3 teaspoons cornstarch

Combine first 8 ingredients in a small sauce pan and stir to mix. Heat over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and allow to cool. Combine egg yolk, water, and cornstarch in a small bowl and whisk until fully combined. Whisk mixture into cooled sauce.

Similar to what I make at home, but I don't use cornstarch, veggie oil, sugar, washyoursister, or egg yolk.

Yeah, I did too. Put it on a cracker and I thought I had eaten a goddamn chunk of battery acid. Reminded me of my dad fricking with me as a kid and giving me Dave's Insanity.
