The hairs found in the ligature and at the crime scene were not a match to TH and DJ. They just could not be excluded. Very big differences. Here’s more on the subject.

They were released on an Alford plea which admits guilt but released on time served. So to the state they aren’t interested in finding anyone since they still believe they are guilty. It would take a private investigator which almost 30 years later wouldn’t do much good.

Agreed. Although I can’t help but go back every couple of years. Would love to know your thoughts!

How the hell is Terry Hobbs not arrested for this yet. I

before falling into the conspiracy rabbit hole you need to read all the REAL facts. One of the 3 admitted to it not once, twice or three times but 6 or 7 times. He even told his lawyer that they were drinking, i think jim beam, and told him where they threw the bottle and the atty went and found it exactly where he was told it was thrown.

Have you not listened to the "confession". That thing was coerced as hell.

According to the DNA by the private investigator in West of Memphis, the cigarette butts she took from him and the hairs were a match.

If you think West Memphis is Memphis, you don't know shite.

I live four miles from West Memphis and don't know a single person that lives there. It might as well be an international border.

Jessie Misskelley makes Brenden Dassey look like Copernicus. He probably would've confessed to creating the universe if they asked him

Biggest dropped ball in the history of balls.

Shitbag police chief
Classist judge
Horrific evidence team
White trash galore
Awful witnesses

Terry Hobbs might have done it, but whoever was washing blood off in Bojangles was the most neglected criminal in the history of crime.

Surprisingly, several of the original adult "cast" members are dead.

I feel awful for Jason Baldwin.

His "confession" got the bare facts of the murder wrong. In addition to being technically retarded, Misskelly told the investigators the boys were murdered in the morning. Turns out the boys were in school that day. You'd think he know when he killed them. The transcript and the video is publicly available and made it very clear that the investigators coerced Misskelley to recite their version of the facts (so he could go home after being detained all day without an attorney). Police had canvassed the crime scene well before and fed him every line. It was several days if not longer before any arrests were made. That's why he confessed "6 or 7 times" - the cops quite literally had to do confession do overs until Misskelley got the lines right so that it could hold up in court. He kept screwing up the "Facts" and they had him come back in to coach him on them. It's all there, well documented. Misskelley "Admitted" he watched the boys get raped because that was the law enforcement belief. Turns out they weren't sexually assaulted. crazy that the murderer wouldn't know that minor detail.
Here is his first "confession" with notes eviscerating theories of his culpability.

The thing that's so fascinating about the WM3 is that things like progress, science etc finally won over superstition and ignorance. You lost.

Same. Misskelley was too stupid to realize what was going on and Echols is a dickhead, but Baldwin looked absolutely petrified throughout the trial and in prison interviews
