The guitar solo intro on the live version of Celluloid Heroes is one of the great moments in rock and roll history. A more expressive guitar solo has never existed. Why they get lost in the shuffle is a mystery to Kinks fans.

Maybe later in their career but they were pretty highly regarded mid to late 60s and early 70s.

Village Green is one of my favorite albums of all time. Released on same day as Beatles White Album. Its a great record-every song!!
