Biden will not be the Dems candidate to face Trump.

It is clear that Biden is suffering from early stages of dementia. Still they will push Biden hard to get as many delegates as possible. They know that even though Bernie is second that he stands no chance in being a openly admitted socialist. So sometime after the convention they will announce that Joe is sick and that Hillary is stepping in to save the party and America. They will play on the narrative that she is sacrificing for everyone. I think is already in the works at the highest levels of the DNC. I don't think they have any intention what so ever of Biden or Bernie being the candidate to face Trump in November.

Like Mark Steyn said today, I think their plan is to have some up and coming black or female as the Veep, then they win, and sometime after the 2 year mark in Biden's term, he resigns. Veep takes over and then tries to get two more terms.

Seriously. Who the frick thinks a dude will run for, and win POTUS, only to resign because it is "their plan"? Seriously? No one is giving up that seat just because someone has a "plan". Deep down, do the Dims really believe that they can beat Donald Trump in November, especially with the cast of characters they have to choose from?
They just need to go through the motions, nominate Biden to be the sacrificial lamb, and try again in four years with someone plausible to run against the Trump heir.
Personally, though, the more shenanigans they play against themselves, the better. I love watching them expose themselves before they self-destruct.

I think Biden will be propped up as a trojan horse. He's already hinted that he wouldn't serve a second term even if elected. They're going to want to pull the Bernie Bros off of their couches so the presumptive "real" candidate will be a minority socialist.
