Report: Pelosi Security Points Gun at Trump Supporters From New Jersey Rooftop

So Nancy Pelosi was on the campaign trail in New Jersey today I guess and she was campaigning with a group of anti-gun type legislators.
However, in typical liberal hypocritical fashion, her security detail was actually pointing rifles at peaceful protestors from rooftops nearby.
When I first saw this article I thought it was a joke. It doesn't appear to be a joke though.
The article goes on to explain that New Jersey is the most infringed state in the nation. Only .01% of gun owners in New Jersey have been granted a carry permit. They have to show a "justifiable need" to obtain one and nearly nobody "qualifies." Even people who have been victim of attempted kidnappings and robberies.
My question is, could Pelosi's security detail be prosecuted for this? Agrravated assault? Anything? That is extremely disturbing, IMO.
It's a Jersey local rag. I don't expect much attention on this from national media.

Pelosi was joined by New Jersey Governor, Phil Murphy (D) and Senator Corey Booker (D), all of whom are staunchly against Second Amendment rights, and are known to push for gun control.

The Democrats were met by hundreds of peaceful protestors who filled the sidewalk at Camden County College, demonstrating and holding pro-Second Amendment and pro-Trump signs.
A civilian on the sidewalk snapped this photo, showing a member of the Democrats’ security force, dangerously pointing a firearm at the crowd of civilians. By any standard, this unequivocally violates basic safety rules and calls into question training, and protocol.
When I first saw this article I thought it was a joke. It doesn't appear to be a joke though.
quote:
William J. Hayden who attended the protest said: “You can clearly see he is pointing the weapon at us. This is why they want complete and total disarmament of the civilian population. And in New Jersey, where the right is diminished, this should be a wake up call to even those that think only the government should have firearms……”
Pointing a rifle at one’s political enemies could be aggravated assault at a minimum, but worse, it bears the hallmarks of tyranny.

How do find such obscure publications?

Not a lot of context for that picture. Also the quality is so poor you can't really tell if its a rifle or just a telescope.

Who knew Trump supporters were so easily outraged by a white man exercising his 2nd Amendment right to open carry?

Democrats are fascists. This action surprises you?

If those leftists are so Anti-gun why do they need armed security guards? I thought that they hated guns and wanted to ban them.

What's up with all these weirdoes who use what look like "real" names as their user IDs and constantly post totally ridiculous stuff? It's strange.

Not a lot of context? Did you read the article? The part where the dude on the ground is saying, "you can clearly see this guy is pointing his rifle at us?"

It's the hypocrisy stupid, but other than people describing what they saw, you can't tell what he is looking through.

Not that I believe the sources yet, but you also can't just point guns at people

Looks like a spotting scope

IIRC, Chuck Barris is the guy who did The Gong Show.
So posting ridiculous shite until they get sent off is right on target.

Looks like a rifle to me. And the people on the ground (who presumably weren't looking at a grainy photo), said it was a rifle.
Nice try though.

Same here. I would think those people could be prosecuted for that.
