Gold Jerseys

Yeah we need to wear the golds more often, why even have them if we're not gonna use them?

Baseball needs those Smoke Laval killer black unis.

Only if we add purple piping to them

We should wear the gold for some road games like we have in the past.

We should only wear the gold when going for sweeps or championships, but I understand it’s difficult because teams only pack 3 uniforms on the road.

I say it all the time, but we should wear gold when the day of the month is a prime number, making for anywhere between 5 and 10 home games with gold jerseys. This year would have been 8.

ETA: I thought this was basketball But it’s good for baseball too.

I wouldn’t put it past Wade to have a policy of white jerseys except on rare occasions, on account that white contrasts with its environment more than gold, making for better team visibility. He’s the kind of guy who would think that.

In 2000 the Saints pushed to wear white jerseys whenever possible because for some reason there was more friction in the black jerseys’ material, making for easier tackling by opponents.

Not sure if the material of the jerseys comes into play. Maybe the white jerseys absorb sweat better and therefore feel better to the players.

But I’m of the line of thinking that if you have gold or gray in your color scheme, you should always wear that at home because it’s unique.

Our gold MBB uniforms look terrible.
