Never lived there but I've been there a bunch of times for work. It's a nice city. Has experienced a lot of growth in recent years.

I had a chance to move there about 10 years ago but all my wife heard was Ohio and immediately said it was too cold.

Unlike most of the Midwest, Columbus is growing like crazy. Excellent job market and relatively low cost of living but winters still suck.

Been there. Pretty dirty around campus, but a couple of nice areas, Polaris and Easton.

It is a very neat place despite the Buckeye overload. Growing. Jobs. Community. Cleveland not far away. It is what BR should aspire to be.

I don't know if that's a positive. Columbus is a lot nicer than Cleveland

Agree.

Great college town, but with a vibrant, diverse economy.

Airport is a little on the small side, but serviceable.

Excellent restaurants, good food, but like all yankees, they don't understand seasoning.

Has some poor areas, but crime isn't OOC like a lot of places.

It is, but anyone who says there is nothing to do in Cleveland and that it is a shitty city should recognize that it is just the same with Buffalo and Pittsburgh and those cities have hidden gems also. You have 3 pro teams in Cleveland and a booming hockey team in Columbus. Canton not far off either. Tons of colleges in Ohio within a 200 mile radius. It is a great sports area.

Does Eddie George still have that bar on campus where the men's urinal is a two way mirror? It looked like you were peeing all over the people on the other side. I had a little stage fright at first.

Well said.

Interestingly enough, they like LSU folks, even before thus year.

They hate the school up north though.

To the point of covering up all the "M" letters in every sign on campus.

Not lived there but have worked quite a bit there along with Dublin. It’s a great place with friendly people and a pretty good food scene.

tOSU is there so you’ll get every bit of the college town feel if you are near campus.
